Our story

Mom's Family Diner isn't a concept somebody cooked up in a boardroom. It's a family-run Oklahoma diner that grew the honest way — one full plate, one refill, one regular at a time.

01

It started at a griddle, not a spreadsheet

Mom's Family Diner opened its doors in Broken Arrow with the kind of menu you can only write if you've actually cooked for a crowd: biscuits under scratch sausage gravy, eggs any style, chicken fried steak pounded and breaded by hand. No freezer-to-fryer shortcuts, no portion math — just plates the size of the folks orderin' them.

02

Breakfast doesn't clock out at eleven

The rule from day one: if the griddle's hot, breakfast is on. That means a Meat Lover's Skillet at 6 AM or 6 PM, pancakes after supper if that's what the table wants. It's the single thing folks mention most when they talk about Mom's — and the thing we'll never change.

03

Four counters, same pot of gravy

Word travels in Oklahoma. From two Tulsa locations — S Mingo Rd and S Yale Ave — to the original Broken Arrow family and Mom's Family Diner #2 on Elm Place, every counter runs the same playbook: same recipes, same coffee hot enough to argue about, same 'how's your mama?' from the staff.

04

Priced like family, not like a franchise

Half-pound burgers, chicken fried steak smothered in gravy, and kids' plates that won't break the bank. It's a diner, not a destination — and we price it so families can make it a habit, not an occasion.
